Subscription management, add-ons, cancellation, and how to move your Discord linkage when you change Discord servers.
Your plan
Three billing options for the same hardware:
- Monthly — €50/mo. Most flexible. Cancel any month.
- Quarterly — €135 every 3 months (€45/mo). 10% off.
- Semi-Annual — €228 every 6 months (€38/mo). 24% off.
All tiers include the same dedicated 15 GB RAM, i9-12900K share, 1.7 TB NVMe, plugin management, Discord bot, and daily backups.
Add-ons
Optional monthly extras you can add or remove from your dashboard:
- Setup Bundle — €25/mo, includes Wipe Handler, Proc Gen Map, Discord Bot, 4-Hourly Backups, Events Scheduler, Plugin Mgmt Starter.
- Individual add-ons available too: each €5–25/mo. Pick only what you need.
- One-time fees like Custom Website Build (€100), Marketing Bundle (€35), VIP System Setup (€25).
Changes to add-ons are prorated by Stripe — you pay for the time you used.
Switching plans
From the dashboard Overview tab, click your current plan to see the switch options. Switching:
- Up (e.g. monthly → quarterly) — takes effect immediately. Stripe charges the prorated difference.
- Down (e.g. quarterly → monthly) — takes effect at end of current billing period.
Cancellation
Two ways to cancel:
- End of period (default) — Click "Cancel subscription" in the dashboard. You keep your server until your current billing period ends, then it suspends.
- Immediate — Open a support ticket. We cancel + suspend on request.
After suspension, your server data is held for 7 days. If you don't reactivate in that window, the server and all backups are permanently deleted.
Discord linking
First-time setup
- From dashboard, click Connect Discord.
- Authorise the Rustinew bot for your Discord server.
- Bot creates the #rustinew category + channels automatically.
Moving to a different Discord
- From dashboard, click Unlink Discord. This severs the link but doesn't delete anything in your old Discord.
- Invite the Rustinew bot to your new Discord.
- The bot DMs you a fresh link — click it to bind.
Billing portal
For payment-method updates, invoice history, and VAT receipts, click Billing Portal in your dashboard. This takes you to Stripe's own customer portal — we never see or store your card details.
